Battling low self steem, depression and schizophrenia for some years now. lost my mother back in 2021 but took care of her until the end. been having therapy aswell and started at an acting workshop this year and began loving myself, as i write this its still hard to do most things. but i believe ill make it. we'll all make it in the end.

I went to a Sublime cover band concert last night with a friend and asked a guy if he could help me walk down the steep stairs. He grabbed my hand and helped me. I bought him a beer for helping me and he told me he was going through a lot and I was a blessing to talk to him. We never know what someone is going through ❤

I've rocked out to this album for over 20 years now. Never thought to this day I would still be attached to it. Music is the only thing that has never given up on me. May we all have the direction to walk in peace.

Man, this acoustic version really hits you in the feels.
